CROSSING BRIDGES - REJECTION (Revised)
At times people will ask
questions similar to "What would you do if this would happen?"
And/or
what if had you to deal with this or that person under these or those terms???
At times we all say things similar to "If I had this or that I
would surely be doing this or that, if I would be in this or that place I would
be doing this or that, if I would be with this or that person I would be doing
this or that, etc...
At times we all think if I had a lot of wealth I
would be doing this or that with our lives, etc...
The factual truth was,
is and will always be that we can only know the factual reality and real feeling of
anything and of anybody that happen to us, only at the very moment, "When we actually cross that proverbial/literal bridge
and we get to the other side of it and we ourselves individually actually live through that particular experience"!
There are not any contingency
plans for that what we do not know, the unknown, the surprise factors!
We all
like to fool our own selves that we are absolutely sure of what we would do
under any given circumstances.
We are quite arrogant as a Species who is accustomed to assume that we know best all the time...
Yet, the truth is that we only know how we would
really and truly react to any given circumstances only when we are crossing the
bridge of that particular experience, at that very moment of its actual event of happening to us.
Before any event at all, we all can assume anything that we may wish based upon our
past and our associated precedents however the future may not exhibit any collections of related
reruns of our assumed expectations.
The future may offer the Untried, the deemed Unsafe, the frightful Unknown... Not necessarily bad or harmful but simply unknown before its event, before its actual realization in our life.
The so-called "Tried and Safe" may not always be the rule of thumb.
In regards to events and situations that we have thought of, and have
decided that we have a good idea of how we would react and deal with them in
the case that they might actually happen in the future...
We always decide such an "Assumed Position"
based upon our "Present Circumstances" and our "Pool of Past Experiences".
The actual trouble, the
problem is that when something, things and people that we have thought of, when they may actually
happen, we may not actually be in the very same circumstances at all, at such a time as that which we were in when we had
first thought and decided that we knew all too well how to react and deal with
it/them.
Such fact can change everything and I do mean everything.
The bottom line is the fact that we never know how will we feel and react to
that what has not yet happened to us, not until it actually happens.
We may think that we know
differently out of the common sense of the qualifying guidelines that we all
have and live by, chiefly under common, safe and tried circumstances.
But we are not talking about plain, ordinary circumstances and events here.
I tell you in no uncertain way, nobody knows for sure of anything, of anybody, not until they really and truly cross that
particular bridge of experience... Afterwards and of course, depending on teh nature of whatever it may be, when and if they actually live to tell the tale.
Surprise walks side by
side with each one of us in the journeys of our lives.
Putting one foot in front of the other is a form of tiny surprise which we all take for granted but such does not change the fact that everything is up for changes and none of us know what/where/when/who. We can assume the best or the worst.
The dear and wise Oscar Wilde would have laughed good and smiled as I write this final sentence...
"Folks, I myself do prefer to Think Positive and Accept the Fact that We all are way Too Young as a Species in order To Know All and Everything and at once, many of us are way Too Old To Be Fooled."

REJECTION
Such a dreadful word to any person when
it comes to meaningful relationships whether love, business or spirituality.
Most of us do know that to succeed in business, work/employment we all
must chance many rejections before we actually succeed.
Whether we knock at
the wrong doors or we simply have bad timing or perhaps we do not present our
very best forward to the right eyes and at the right place...
It is all
about chance and our willingness to risk to be rejected for the sake of a higher
good, that it is, our very own individual material well-being chiefly in
properly exchanging our energies to survive and live in a comfortable way.
Regardless, most of us never
give up trying.
And we do certainly never ever stop on taking meaningful chances.
If we are
to stand a chance to become successful and happy winners, then we must brave all the rejections the world sends our way and also we must equally do our best
to try to turn the rejection, the losses and the disappointments into meaningfully useful lessons whose wisdom will sooner or later open
new doors fro us along the road that never ends...
The factual
truth is, nobody can avoid rejections, losses and disappointments in life as it is all a belonging part of learning our lessons and the evolution of existence which we all call "Living".
So
the next time that you may be contemplating to take a meaningful chance, that it
is, a chance that it is and it feels good, importantly meaningful and natural to you and your true wants and needs...
-Do remember to brave your true heart and to cross that bridge once for all and without fear or hesitation!
If and when you win... Congratulations! - Be happy, be thankful and enjoy your life!
If and when you lose... Sorry to hear that! Maybe next time, my friend! - Don't get sad
nor discouraged! Don't give up! It is better to die trying if needed it be than to to give up. Because once you've given up, you are dead regardless of whether you're still alive in the flesh... Because there will always be Other Meaningful Bridges to be crossed as all that
we all call Life is really and truly made of infinite and eternal Changes.
There is a place for all of
us in the scheme of all things above and below in all species, in all times and time-zones and in all places and Universes.
There is
equally a Mutual Person to love us and to be loved by us, for each and
every one of us somewhere out there in the world.
The next time that you
find yourself chancing to be rejected, do not run and hide!
Do brave your true will
and do own your moments whether they be good or bad.
It is You and it is Your Lifetime and of nobody else.

Is there a real Definition which can
abide for posterity?
All definitions on earth stand upon the
eternally moving surface made of changes and also fueled by the permanent passing
of time.
Having said that, it is embarrassingly stupid and foolishly unwise to allow oneself to be
delayed and to be deterred by the ever-changing Labels of everybody and of everything and
their ever-passing definitions.
Everything that you will ever know and learn from cradle to grave comes from this Specie's many collections of their made-up/invented "Belief and Language" along with their equally men-made/invented "Values and Ways of Conduct".
None of it holds any meaning or value outside of this Species as Butterflies, Trees, Other Planets, etc, they could care less what we human beings have invented.
By the way, the so-called "Inspired by God/Goddess", Words of the Supreme Being, etc, all of it, we've made it all up ourselves, this Species (human beings) and we did it in order to feel good about our own selves and of course, in order to justify our own arrogance in to assume that we alone, we know the will and the word of the ultimate Supreme Being, the Source of All and Everything.
We don't. We never ever did. We know the will and the word of this miserable Species. That's that, folks!
Logic, real and unadulterated Academia along with intelligent, wise, well-cultured and well-informed Critical Thinking tell us that everything comes from "Belief and Language", all and everything strictly invented/made-up by this Species, human beings!
So the next time you are confronted by Big Religions, Big Traditions and the Values and Ways of Conduct of others, remember, remind yourself where it all came and comes from.
